Administrator - united kingdom, bishops waltham, hampshire
we are currently recruiting for an administrator to join our team.
duties:
*taking telephone, emailed and verbal sales enquiries.
*preparing quotes for clients and client liaison.
*dealing with suppliers, ordering materials and services and supplier liaison.
*managing logistics for crew/labour and materials for on-site.
*booking and negotiating rates with hotels and travel as required.
*development of costing sheets and methods of work.
*maintaining and upkeep of sales ledger and budgets.
*assisting with accounts on sage, raising sales invoices when required and dealing with general account queries.
*responsible for the office premises when management are off-site.
*development and research of new systems/interiors or services to prospective customers in other market sectors.
*visiting on-site as required to gain knowledge of the industry to enable a deeper understanding of the company and its products.
*general sales, administrative and marketing duties and general support to the management team and on- site sub contractors.
*on occasions roll up the sleeves and wrap presents for a christmas job or helping out on site when extra pairs of hands are required!
