adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a remote claims assistant position.

 

pay: $17.00/hr

length: 3+ months

shift: monday – friday 8:00am to 4:30pm cst (may be working overtime based on business need)

**this position handles the indexing of incoming claims and correspondence to assign them to the appropriate work queues based on business rules.

computer proficiency

meet or exceed a required indexing cph of 55 documents per hour

understand the document types they are trained on proficiently

ability to read, understand and utilize their knowledge library documents (process for each doc type trained on for indexing)

maintain a 98% - 100% quality on their daily work

remain focused on their work

good communication skills

required skills

1 year of typing skills

1 year email proficient

1 year some computer experience

adaptability and time management skills

strong work ethic

experience in recognizing medical, and or dental claims, flex documents preferred
