Mailings coordinator - united states, raleigh

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a mailing coordinator position. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

start date:  within the next 1 to 2 weeks

location:  raleigh, nc  (local candidates only)

pay: $17.00/hr

length: twelve (12) months with the possibility of extension/conversion

shift:  mon – fri 8:30a- 5:30p

 

note:  this is an onsite position. no other options available.

 

responsibilities for this mailing coordinator position include but are not limited to:   

 

coordination of all internal and outsourced mailings

liaison between project managers and other internal partners to provide communication and father information as needed

initiate necessary paperwork and order set ups to perform mailing work

reconcile postage and mailing deposits

coordination with accounting to ensure accurate invoice processing
 

qualifications for this mailing coordinator position:

 

high school diploma

1-3 years of administrative experience

strong attention to detail

strong communication skills

strong organization skills and ability to manage high volume of work

strong computer skills
