Coffee shop mgrs and barista's - market research (chippenham/wilts area) . £20 cash/2 hour interview - united kingdom, chippenham, wiltshire

i am looking to speak with a selection of experienced coffee shop managers and barista's in the chippenham and surrounding areas for a 2 hour market research, as part of a trend study in the industry.

without divulging personal business information, managers will need to be comfortable to speak about; most aspects of staffing, footfall, high level sales volumes, products, local area business trends and a view on success vs failure of a coffee shop.

barista's will be confident and knowledgeable to discuss customers, products, peak/off peak times and success vs failure of a coffee shop from a barista perspective.

meetings will be face to face (in your area) with cash given at the end of the 2 hour meeting. no personal information is taken or shared, including the name of the company or establishment that you may be currently work for.
