must haves:

7-10 years of hands-on experience in automation testing on quality to be able to establish strategy for the organization.

the ability to drive consistent testing methodologies across the globe in 5 different regions.

experience on regulated industry or healthcare that meets global standards.

leadership experience a must (will not be leading people at this time).

experience working in a global environment.

experience working with third-party developing and testing partners.

some additional preferences:

english is a must, prefer to also have japanese.

healthcare background, preferably in medical device.
