experience is preferred; training is provided alongside support from our amazing team

as a learning disability support worker, you will be providing high quality support to people who have varying levels of learning disabilities and autism. you will promote independence and dignity, and care for them to remain happy in their own home. this could be owned or rented by them or a supported living service.

you will receive full training as a learning disability support worker and will be supported by a team of support workers and care assistants as well as our amazing office team. together we will ensure that customers receive the best service to be able to integrate into their local communities.
