handling administrative tasks for projects from the operations manager & bookings team
keeping projects on the right path and within time scale
plan and coordinate projects
making calls arranging service installations with our engineers throughout the uk
updating customer details on internal databases
creating databases and project plans in ms excel & ms access
daily, weekly reporting to customers and management
multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines and workloads
maintaining (sla) service level agreements planned for the project
show attention to detail, following set procedures and processes.
dealing with all associated administration
the successful candidate for this role will possess the following skills and experience:
previous experience working in a demanding and professional customer service environment
well developed communication skills
must have working knowledge of ms office packages
be proactive and able to deal with changing priorities in a demanding environment
be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining utmost professionalism
strong administration skills are essential
working hours – 9am to 5.30pm & 8.30am to 5pm alternate weeks – half hour early finish on fridays
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays - 45min lunch break
working in a team of 9 - free onsite parking
