we are currently recruiting for a chef de partie to work as part of the kitchen brigade. the chef de partie will assist the sous chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

our client is aluxury 5 star hotel with a michelin star restaurant in a beautifully picturesque location near chippenham with a brigade of talented chefs, creating delicious seasonal dishes with local ingredients, including the freshest vegetables, fruits and herbs harvested directly from the kitchen gardens.

the ideal chef de partie will have the following:
