attention to detail, must make clean lines when welding and follow direction

dexterity, must have a steady hand

must be able to lift up to 40lbs consistently

must be able to stand on your feet for your schedule shift and work in hot conditions

ability to read blueprints and adjust welder for different thicknesses of metal

ability to see defects in welds and lay welds on seams

minimum one-year welding experience and/or recent schooling.
