the role of the director of patient recruitment is fundamental to our continuous growth journey. we are looking for someone with depth of experience from a patient recruitment or clinical operations background, who can take something great and make it even greater! the two key focus points for this position are the 'now' and innovative trials' future'.
we have very successful cross functional business units and this role will provide the business unit heads and their teams with further expertise, knowledge and the opportunity to review existing ways of working and thinking, business opportunities and process improvements. you may also learn a thing or two from us too!
the director of patient recruitment is central to the company's ambitious 5-year plan and will be responsible for driving high quality service across our service delivery teams whilst developing new market leading services aligned to our existing and prospective client needs.
reporting directly to the ceo, working closely with the company's leadership team and stakeholders across the business, this role heads up site optimisation, patient recruitment materials and digital strategy. the successful individual will have every opportunity to further enhance these services and provisions with full leadership and top down support.
whilst this is a strategic delivery role, there is a requirement for the post holder to be 'hands-on'; leading by example and supporting studies with knowledgeable coaching and mentoring of project managers, advising them of patient recruitment strategies and considerations on the complex clinical trials we undertake.
