he alpaca in islington is looking for an experienced sous chef to join the team.
the pub is independently-owned so you will get lots of opportunities to develop and have input in the business. we like to foster a close family-style environment and front and back of house work closely together to provide a great experience for our guests.
the cuisine is modern british with a strong french influence as well as serving some pub classics. there is a real focus on sourcing quality ingredients and we pride ourselves on sourcing all our fish from the fishmongers next door which is known across london.
the full-time role is 48 hours a week with a guaranteed 2 days off a week.
