essential functions
• inventory management
• plans, schedules, monitoring the flow of products through all the production processes
• review and evaluate production progress, work in process, raw material
• scheduling of manufacturing job orders to help achieve on time delivery
• shift production schedules (daily activity) manufacturing process
• direct reporting
• data input into our epicor erp for creating job orders, receiving purchase orders, and updating
production related information
• provide hands on support to production, sales, customer service and quality for production related
information and status of orders throughout the steel manufacturing process
• track orders throughout manufacturing processes
• assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
• other duties as assigned
required education/experience
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with manufacturing and production
• manufacturing background required
