nce compliance champion

adecco is sourcing a contract/project position for an experienced compliance champion for our global customer located in jonesboro.

the champion ensures compliance internally & externally with customer requirements for the worksite. candidate will work with the local compliance team and sme’s to maintains a focus on developing competency in compliance systems, tools, and methodologies.  

the compliance champion will coordinate the customer systems within the factory, establish standard business processes and maintain certifications and compliance to iso, ohsas, nqms, fssc, nma/nga audits, customer policies, procedures and “other requirements”.

 

primary responsibilities

 

maintaining action registers from audits, coordinating audit prep, and general project work

review practices

system maintenance routines

coordinate the internal & external audit calendar

scheduling / organizing external audits

ensure communication of audit results

regular reporting of compliance results

 

requirements and minimum education level:

bachelor’s degree required

 

experience

internal auditor certification to nqms and/or iso 9001

process-based auditing systems such as nqms and/or iso 9001

compliance management experience (quality, sh&e, hr, finance, or other)

nce goal alignment experience: factory or head office

leading continuous improvement projects
