what you ll be doing:

following a full 3 weeks of training, this permanent role of customer service advisor at capita will require you to:

help customers over the phone with all aspects of their personal banking from payment transfers, direct debits, paying bills and supporting them through difficult financial periods.

take ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring that every customer feels valued

create a positive experience for every customer and colleague

what will you work:

we are initially looking for people that can cover our day shifts starting at 8am monday to friday.

what we will offer:

competitive salary of up to gbp 21,673

eligible for a bonus of gbp250 at your milestones of 3 and 6 months subject to successful completion of training and probationary performance.

following completion of your training and coaching period on site we will then offer you a working pattern which will consist of 2 days working in the office and 3 days working from home.
