highly reliable and organised self employed cleaner required for year round work in stunning first floor, grade ii listed, central weymouth seafront studio apartment. must have excellent communication skills with host to ensure this highly popular flat on airbnb and booking.com runs smoothly and our current superhost status is maintained..
estimated changeovers per week 2-3 taking approximately 2 hours each. weekdays and weekends. £50 per changeover including laundry. the current cleaner has opted to pay a local laundry service for the laundry element of the role. changeovers cleans currently occur between between 11am and 3pm but this can change to one hour earlier or later for the right applicant. ideally you will organise advance holiday cover if you are away.
you will be required to take booking information and then manage your own diary and workload. physical fitness is essential for this role. friendly and supportive host.
