customer service representative – 1st shift

pay rate: $21.65/hour

hours: 8am-5pm (mon – fri)

**this is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person!
**these are not remote positions**

job summary:

the admin tech is responsible for the following:

answering all inbound phone calls to general line and 1-800 number

answering incoming correspondence (efax and general email)

answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information and documenting actions taken

keeping equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions

required qualifications:
• high school diploma
• computer literacy required
• ability to multi-task using different programs simultaneously
• strong communications skills
• strong organizational skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills.
