direct hire cnc machinist programmer - 1st shift

monday - friday 6:30pm - 2:45pm

pay: $22/hour

job summary: performs multiple setups and operations to produce metal parts and assemblies. sets up and operates a variety of machines, such as lathes, mills, etc, to perform diversified machining operations. must be able to work from complex blueprints and drawings, perform standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work tooling, speeds and feeds of machining, and use a wide variety of precision measuring instruments.

 

requirements:

basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills normally acquired through a high school diploma or ged.

at least three (3) years’ experiences operating and programing a cnc matching center.

must have knowledge of set up and operation of all cnc lathes, mills and associated equipment in area.

must be able to use precision measuring instruments.

must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
