we operate two independent pubs in the town of oxted in surrey nestled in the surrey hills area of natural beauty. they are beautiful 16th century buildings full of character and set in a medieval old village location.

the crown is a well know local family based pub with a large garden, children’s play area and a relaxing atmosphere.

the george is a lively bar and restaurant and enjoys a good reputation for its food/sunday lunches. the bar is well regarded for its cocktails, premium drinks, ales and has a welcoming atmosphere.

both pubs serve fresh homemade dishes daily.

we are looking for live in bar staff to join our hardworking and friendly team.

salary of 18/22k to include accom/bills/ food etc depending on experience

high standard of accommodation with own room in staff flat all recently decorated.

applicants would be required to work in all areas of the front of house operation, including bar work, waiting and deli.

you will be working in two different pub environments alongside the other staff so a good oppertunity to have variety in your daily job.

applicants will be joining a motivated and hardworking team dedicated to developing the business and moving us forward. you will have the freedom and flexibly to bring in your own ideas etc as you progress and work with the other senior staff. we are a family run business so are able to change and develope new ideas in house.

this job would suit someone who has experience in the sector or has had customer service experience elsewhere. we will also consider candidates with no hospitality or customer service experience if they have the right character for this industry.
