byddwch yn datblygu ac uwchsgilio rheolwyr a gweithwyr eraill o fewn meysydd amrywiol o’r gyfraith e.e. rheoli tai a chyfraith eiddo, fel bod ganddynt y wybodaeth a’r hyder i ymdrin â materion yn unol â’r gyfraith ac arfer gorau cyfreithiol, yn ogystal a cynrychioli adra mewn llysoedd, tribiwnlysoedd, ymchwiliadau a gwrandawiadau ffurfiol eraill, yn ôl y gofyn ac o fewn meysydd penodol.

we are adra. we provide quality homes in north wales. we’re not an organisation that stands still. over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across north wales. although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

you’ll develop and upskill managers and other employees within various areas of law e.g housing management and property law, so that they have the knowledge and confidence to deal with matters in compliance with the law and best practice, as well as representing adra in courts, tribunals, enquiries and other formal hearings as required and within various practice areas.

the ability to speak welsh is essential for this role.
