bydd y pennaeth marchnata a chyfathrebu yn cymryd cyfrifoldeb cyffredinol am gyfathrebu mewnol, cyfathrebu a marchnata allanol. gan berchnogi strategaeth gyfathrebu a marchnata grŵp adra, bydd deilydd y swydd yn gyrru perthnasedd, cysondeb ac ymgysylltiad y brand ym mhob un o’r pwyntiau cyswllt.

we are adra. we provide quality homes in north wales. we’re not an organisation that stands still. over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across north wales. although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

the head of communications and marketing will take overall responsibility for internal communications, external communications, marketing and crisis management. owning the adra group’s communications and marketing strategy, the postholder will work to drive brand relevance, consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.

the ability to speak welsh is essential for this role.
