adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a paralegal position. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

start date:  asap

location:  salem, or  (local candidates only)

pay: $25.00/hr

length: twelve (12) months with the possibility of extension/conversion

shift:  mon – fri hours vary between 6am - 8:30am start (8hr day, lunch can be 30 mins to an hr)

 

note:  this is an onsite position. no other options available.

 

responsibilities for this paralegal position include but are not limited to:   

 

  • conduct client interviews
  • review medical records and document the evidence to complete court approved forms necessary for litigation
  • performs moderately complex tasks  characterized by identification of specific data in the medical records pursuant to the assigned protocols and conducting in-depth phone interviews with clients
     
  • qualifications for this paralegal position:

     

  • bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or equivalent
  • 1-year experience with review of medical records and/or completing legal documentation
  • experience in mass tort, personal injury, disability, and workers’ compensation is a plus
  • experience in project management is a plus
  • strong attention to detail
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • bilingual – english/spanish a plus
