adecco staffing is working with a client in the lowell area to find a qualified candidate for an eyewash service representative!
must be able to drive in the lowell area to different companies to service/sell!
hours: 1st shift, monday-friday
pay: $22/hr + commissions!
description:
to provide all customers with a service that thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the customer's eyewash stations. operation all equipment and perform work in a safe manner and in accordance with all safety policies, procedures and safe work practices. this position is responsible for providing a high level of
customer service which will exceed our customers' expectations.
job responsibilities:
• maintain 30/60/90+past due percentages according to goals set by management and assist in the collection of past due amounts.
• establish & maintain a rapport with each customer contact to prevent lost business. resolve customer concerns by developing a problem resolution plan and communicating issues to the customer. develop alternate courses of action & make decisions which are based on logical assumptions & factual
information. strive to improve the product, systems or services provided to the customer.
• increase monthly volume by selling & meeting sales goals through the following efforts:
• price increases - sell customers on prince increases as assigned by the service manager. continually sell to ensure price increases meet established goals.
• growth from current customers (gfcc) - maintain positive gfcc.
• thoroughly clean and sanitize customer’s eye wash stations with cleaning equipment; change out eye wash stations water and replace with clean water and stabilization additive. properly clean and maintain inside of van and cleaning equipment daily.
• perform all other duties as assigned, including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks.
