responsibilities for this automotive supervisor includes, but are not limited to:

working knowledge of microsoft office programs (word, excel, and outlook)

planning ability, communication skills, experience supervising workforce.

previous operations experience, preferably in automotive field

able to resolve operational problems

ability to discipline employees per company policy

must be able to pass an mvr report

have automotive background

worked in an automotive shop atmosphere, know how to assist, and take the lead when the supervisor needs help.

 

qualifications:

at least 2 years minimum related experience in automotive environment.

ability to stand and work for the full shift

ability to work in a fast-paced environment

requires that you be able to lift 50 pounds

perfect attendance is a must!

candidates must have own and reliable transportation

schedule: full-time – 8am-5pm, with at least 20 hr. overtime

pay for this position ranges from $20.00 - $24.00hr. depending on experience.
