job description

a part-time housekeeper/nanny is required to work for a lovely family in didsbury, manchester (m20) with two children, aged 9 years and 13 years.

start date: 5th september 2022

salary: £16-£18 gross per hour, depending on experience.

hours: term time: wednesday-friday 7.30-9.00am-3.00pm-6.00pm (15 hours per week, most weeks, pay will be for 20hrs every week wednesday to friday).

school holidays: wednesday-friday 7.30am-6.30pm + option to work extra hours (if you want) 1 in every 3 weeks, on a monday or tuesday (same hours as other days) for extra pay.

duties:

· housekeeping

· light housework

· washing & ironing

· care of children, including taking/picking up from school (walkable)

· taking children to afterschool activities

you must:

have previous housekeeping experience with checkable references to support your application.
hold a current dbs or be willing to undertake one
be capable of sole charge
have common sense & initiative
have a flexible attitude
have good attention to detail
have a happy & smiley disposition
have a good level of english
be reliable & responsible
non driver okay
