Sous chef - united kingdom, hull, east yorkshire

our client is looking for a sous chef to join their team. the main responsibilities for this position is to actively promote and encourage relations between the kitchen team, front of house and at management level whilst being accountable for their area of responsibility, reporting directly to the head chef, you will take the lead in driving standards across the main kitchen and be instrumental in developing and managing the kitchen brigade.

the salary offered is £28,000 per annum plus tronc and live in is offered, temporarily
