• monitor operations team
• look for different ways to expand the business.
• support all business units.
• responsible for all driver issues such as technical issues or suspension issues.
• responsible for all driver performance, attendance, and order acceptance.
• responsible to make sure all riders are having proper shifts and are attending their shifts in a timely manner.
• liaise with the relationship executive for all talabat requests.
• upload documents for new joiners and prepare ids.
• responsible for driver’s attitude and hygiene.
• responsible for all company mis reports.
