School caretaker - united kingdom, hatfield, hertfordshire
we are looking for a conscientious member of staff to assist with the cleaning and locking of school premises. you will be required to be compentant to work on our own, following written guidelines, and also using your own initiative. you will be in charge of 4 cleaners and are expected to carry out some cleaning yourself
working times will be, monday, tuesday, wednesda, thursday, friday. 4pm until 9pm and every 3rd sunday 8am until 2pm
some duties include.
supervisoin of cleaners.
some cleaning, locking and unlocking of the site
carrying compliance tests.
basic diy, painting plumbing ( changings tapes, toilet flush, door handle etc)
path clearing of leaf, ice and snow, rubbish and recycling collection, checking cleaners work, moving items around the school as requested, minor repairs if needed
job type: full-time
salary: £21,000.00 per year
