cold call companies using given cold leads to sell digital marketing solutions
answer incoming calls from prospective customers
provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
arrange meetings with customer by demonstrating how the services would meet their needs
go the “extra mile” to help team meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
keep records of calls and record useful information
job requirement:
telemarketing experience will be more advantageous
excellent communication and presentation skills
proficient in english & chinese
skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
