the organisation owns its portfolio of residential and commercial units conveniently located in east london so logistics for our drivers are not too stressful as properties are close by.

we are ideally looking for someone based in the following areas:

east london; dagenham, upney, newham, etc

**** skillsets we are looking for :

- competent when it comes to electrics ( you will need to have some knowledge of fusebox and installation, how to do basic electrical wiring, installing sockets, installing lights etc)

- has plumbing knowledge / experience

- hands on experience in maintaining spaces, appliances, and equipment.

- has experience going up on roofs and can problem solve and provide the team input

- has experience working in the property maintenance industry

- learning how to organize, multitask and manage time.

the company is a family owned business and we are looking to recruit a motivated, experienced and reliable maintenance repair handyman for keeping buildings, flats, shops and equipment in good repair. we also provide a van with full insurance for which you can use to commute to work.

salary:

based on your experience, the salary starts from £27k - £30k per annum inc company van with insurance and expense card.

trading hours:

our trading hours are from 09:00am - 17:30 monday to friday

job types: full-time, permanent

salary: from £27,000 k - £30,000 k per annum, including company van with insurance and an expense card

note: full uk driving license is mandatory and required for this role.
