duties & responsibilities:
- greet and assist guests while providing exceptional customer service
- answer and direct calls and assist in managing emails
- schedule and coordinate meetings
- maintain the appearance of all common areas, order and restock supplies
- generate reports, memos, emails, and general correspondence to the team.
- assist with planning company and department events
qualifications:
- previous office experience preferred
- cheerful and motivated attitude
- must be able to drive
- ability to mulit-task and be a go-getter!
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- a high school diploma required
- degree preferred, but not required
- bilingual is a plus!
