qualifications:
• commitment to social justice and equity expansion
• at least 2 years experience in civil litigation
• strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• excellent case management and interpersonal skills
• excellent written and verbal skills
• ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• professional etiquette and ability to speak to judges, mediators,
defense counsel, as well as clients from all walks of life
• experience with the following required: motion work (drafting and arguing), mediations (drafting briefs and attending), depositions (taking and defending), and trial prep. attorney will be expected to manage their cases from start to finish.
