american vision windows is a growing home improvement company. we are looking for a qualified individual, who genuinely enjoys customer service, to join the team! the function of lead coordinator is to maintain and track leads in order to foster new business opportunity. responsibilities include setting appointments for leads, entering and maintaining records into online database for tracking purposes, maintaining design consultants schedule for all sales appointments, tracking and following up on internet leads in order to convert them into leads and appointments, and supporting general manager to help drive sales.
a qualified candidate is:
- comfortable on the phone, making and taking calls
- is a team player and multi tasks well in a smaller office
- has experience in home improvement call center
- customer service driven
- able to maintain accurate records
- proficient in computer and internet skills, salesforce knowledge and experience a plus
- works with event coordinator to maximize the daily schedule
