Showercrafters is a family-owned company whose reputation is built on years of unrivaled expertise in custom glass and frameless shower door manufacturing and installation. we’re seeking an experienced showroom sales associate to join our growing team!

the ideal candidate must be positive, focused, and have a strong desire to succeed. this position requires an organized person with excellent sales skills and understands what it means to be persistent. we are seeking candidates who are available to work saturday or sunday. working hours are saturday 9am-5pm or sunday 10am-4pm.

essential job responsibilities

sell full range of products to retail showroom customers
respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, & social media.
communicate with our designers to resolve customer inquiries.
help guide our customers by suggesting available designs that meet their specifications.
provide customer assistance regarding their orders.
book and confirm sales appointments, as well as manage showroom calendar.
maintain the store as a professional place of business
other duties as assigned

minimum qualifications

must have previous sales experience.
possess a professional, knowledgeable, positive and energetic attitude
strong customer service skills
strong communication and negotiating skills
accuracy and attention to detail
demonstrated understanding of effective selling strategies and techniques
proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs
ability to multi- task
team player who works productively with wide range of people
ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact

salary

starting at $150. per day plus commission.
