work for a hvac installation company in tolleson, az.. we promote an enjoyable working environment with a family like culture. we are actively seeking a warehouse person to join our successful team! this position provides many opportunities for growth and reports directly to the warehouse manager.

essential functions:

1. taking inventory of customer kits. filling out inventory forms.

2. assist with shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, stocking products.

3. assist in counting of physical inventory.

4. assist with simple production tasks.

5. help keep warehouse and work area orderly & safe at all times.

6. wear proper safety equipment.

7. warm friendly attitude. desire to be helpful.

8. clean and inspect incoming equipment and do mechanical checks before sending out to field.

9. maintain service trucks and small repairs as needed.

10. operate forklifts for loading and unloading.

qualifications:

- must be self-motivated and take initiative
- ability to work towards a goal with others
- excellent communication skills, reading, writing and verbal.
- basic math skills. counting, adding, subtracting.
- requires lifting & carrying of 50 lb boxes.
- outstanding attention to detail
- mechanical inclined to take care of vehicles scissor lifts, and fork lifts
- must be able to operate forklifts and scissor lifts

work environment
this position works in a warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure during the workday. this role routinely uses hand trucks, fork lifts, scissor lifts, trucks, box cutters, tape dispensers, staplers, scissors.

requirements
you must be able to get to work on time. we are a drug free company and you will be expected to pass a drug test.
