Job summary our overall mission is simple: we want amazon to be the place where our customers can find, discover and buy anything online. whatever our customers want, we will find the means to deliver it. with your help, amazon will continue to enable people to discover new worlds. we aim to do all this whilst being earth's best employer. we need a recruitment manager to help lead a team of recruiters to help bring amazon to the next level by supporting bringing in the best operations talent in the world. to be great in this role, you'll need to lead a team of people to research markets, network with passive candidates, and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest talent to amazon. it's a fast-paced role, on a fun and cohesive team. candidates will have experience of leading recruitment/sourcing teams previously and be able to manage teams against predefined key performance indicators (kpi's). you will demonstrate organizational skills, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great verbal and written communications skills in english, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. this is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top recruiting organization. this position will be based in dubai. core responsibilities: . lead an adaptable team of employees and allocate resource in line with hiring needs . create and execute short, mid and long term hiring strategies that may re-define current operational processes . manage teams against stretching key performance indicators . collaborate with market intelligence to ensure teams receive research and intelligence to aid name generation . work with recruiting engine teams on tool adoption to support workload . partner with recruitment leaders to understand hiring demands, seasonal peaks and establish individual bespoke sourcing strategies. . collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs and requirements to ensure effective hiring conversion rates through the process . invent on behalf of the teams to deliver effective and efficient working processes basic qualifications people leadership experience, leading recruitment teams across the middle east is required for this role. experience building, coaching and performance managing a recruitment team. advanced english language skills bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree client focus and commitment to continuous improvement ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results. ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member. analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. preferred qualifications professional fluency in arabic corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives master's level degree sounds interesting we look forward to your application. please apply online and upload your cv in english.
