Fulltime super bronx - united states, newyork

A 66 units apartment building is seeking a full-time live-in superintendent.
responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- must keep property organized and clean
- work orders, completing work requests in a timely and effective manner
- preventative maintenance and regular inspections of buildings and grounds
- be on call for emergency maintenance and repairs
- coordinate inspections/preparations for inspections.
- vendor management and monitoring.
- perform snow removal duties and salting of properties on an as-needed basis
- must keep good relations with residents in a professional manner

qualifications:
- at least 5 years of building maintenance experience.
- having a valid driver’s license is a plus.
- experience in electrical & plumbing
- comfortable with being on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
- must keep good relations with residents.
- good communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
- self-motivated and proactive.
