Clinical trials manager - united kingdom, oxford, oxfordshire

hobson prior are seeking a clinical trials manager to join a brilliant pharmaceutical establishment to join on a permanent basis located in oxford. our client is focused on producing better and more potent vaccines for multiple illnesses.

please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

key responsibilities:

to meet business objectives, you will handle the daily management of clinical trials and sustaining deadlines.

for this role, you will engage with the project manager to review the requirements, materials and deadlines, as well as support the project planning.

the ideal candidate will quality check clinical trial documentation rendering to the regulatory and project needs.

when needed, you will supervise and co-supervise clinical trial sites for adherence to ich-gcp and protocol.

support the investigators and planning of ethics and regulatory proposals and alterations.

you will recognise possible challenges at sites and suggest solutions.

any other assigned duties.

key skills:

social, deliberation and facilitation skills with the ability to think analytically and resolve issues.

capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.

able to manage time efficiently with the capacity to prioritise workload, handle trade-offs as well as review prospective innovative concepts with shareholders, initiating to consensus while sustaining a clear focus on primary business priorities.

communication skills both verbally and in writing, with the ability to be organised and have a high attention to detail.

monitoring and leadership abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines.

capable of operating well within a high-paced and sometimes stressful setting.

an outgoing, open-minded individual with the ability to motivate others.

requirements:

former involvement in a clinical trial management role in a pharmaceutical or academia organisation.

qualified as a cra.

know-how and comprehension of the ideologies of gcp.
