الوصف الوظيفي business unit: automotive job purpose: to lead the team of service advisors with an aim for achieving highest customer satisfaction and maximizing sale of available productive hours. to maintain the laid down standards and ensure the required process discipline is followed 100% of the time. key accountabilities: · review progress of service jobs on a daily basis to ensure timely and quality of interaction with customers. resolve any critical issues or problems. · ensure quality and consistency in the process of customer handling at the point of first meeting and at the point when the vehicle is handed over after servicing. · ensure each service advisor follows the laid down disciplines for 100 % of customer visits. all other processes and standards as laid down by the management are followed for each customer attended. · ensure work in progress report of each service advisor has the status of each vehicle up to date and there are no pending repair orders for which vehicles have been released. · implement and monitor daily service advisor kpis and financial targets. · personally handle sensitive and critical customer cases and ensure complete satisfaction. at the same provide the required leadership to service advisors in handling such cases. · maximize the hours sold per repair order through daily monitoring of service advisor performance and personal intervention when required. · provide input to the preparation of the department budget by assessing the right potential available in the market and ways to increase our market share of the service and repair business. · ensure the desired balance is achieved between retail, warranty and internal service revenues through regular plan monitoring and target setting. · ensure all front line personnel are provided requisite training (technical and behavioral) for quality and speed in attending the customers. · liaise with workshop manager / supervisor for completion and quality of routine jobs with special attention to repeat complaints. المهارات -bachelor degree in engineering -excellent people management skills -8 years overall relevant work experience -understanding of financial and commercial aspects of business تفاصيل الوظيفة منطقة الوظيفة الكويت قطاع الشركة الصناعات الثقيلة طبيعة عمل الشركة صاحب عمل (القطاع الخاص) الدور الوظيفي الصيانة والإصلاح والدعم الفني نوع التوظيف دوام كامل الراتب الشهري غير محدد عدد الوظائف الشاغرة 1 المرشح المفضل عدد سنوات الخبرة الحد الأقصى: 8 منطقة الإقامة الكويت الشهادة بكالوريوس/ دبلوم عالي
