legal receptionist and legal secretary required for busy solicitors office, based in beckenham
these are full time vacancies
monday - friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm,
salary depending on experience for each role

we are predominantly a conveyancing office ideally situated for public transport and parking
key responsibilities:
* provide reception duties, answering phones, welcoming clients in reception, organising post
* to provide admin assistance to fee earners or secretaries working remotely
* organisation of the file management system, including maintaining the relevant paper and electronic filing systems and archiving
* ensure that the firm's post is distributed internally and sent out on time
* any other tasks which may reasonably be required from time to time
* audio typing
key skills and knowledge:
* excellent word-processing and attention to detail
* good telephone manner
* practical experience of handling client enquiries both by telephone and face-to-face
* recent experience of working in a legal office environment desirable
