الوصف الوظيفي 1. position objectives:· to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned aramco vessel projects. · to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and the project's objectives are met.· to ensure the customer satisfaction to acquire more project from same customer in future 2. duties & responsibilities :· communicate with customer for all project issues and maintain good line of communication up to customer satisfaction level. · ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality· to ensure the timely issuance of project invoices and follow-up with customer for its timely approval and payment ensure the project smooth cash flow. · evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase· define the scope of the project in collaboration with marketing, planning and top management and established project kickoff meeting to explain the project goals, nature of client, project requirements, schedule etc.. to all concern departments · create a detailed work plan, in coordination with planning, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project· create the subcontract and invoicing plan in coordination with planning and monitor it closely during project execution. · create material procurement plan and other necessary plan in coordinate with planning, as documented in az quality assurance procedures. · determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) in coordination with planning, required to complete the project· develop a schedule for project completion, in coordination with planning, that effectively allocates the resources to the activities· review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; coordinate with planning to revise the schedule as required· set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured· establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project· monitor all budgeted project expendituresposition requirements : المهارات qualifications:- · education: university degree in a related subject· professional training: adequate training in project management (pmp and risk management certifications are more preferable) experience: · - 7 years minimum experience in ksa with transferrable iqama· - 7 years of experience in oil & gas sector· - 5 years pressure vessel experience.· - 5 years experience in aramco projects· - quality & production past experience is preferred· - previous experience in multinational companies preferred· must be self-driven, result oriented with problem solving skills.· excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills· fluent in english تفاصيل الوظيفة منطقة الوظيفة جدة, المملكة العربية السعودية قطاع الشركة التصنيع; الإنتاج الصناعي طبيعة عمل الشركة صاحب عمل (القطاع الخاص) الدور الوظيفي الهندسة نوع التوظيف دوام كامل الراتب الشهري غير محدد عدد الوظائف الشاغرة 1 المرشح المفضل العمر الحد الأدنى: 28 الحد الأقصى: 44
