• have previous experience in sales preferably in it or marketing/advertising agency but it’s not a necessity
• self-starter with a go getter attitude
• goal oriented and a doer
• possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• team management and reporting skills
• familiar with b2c and b2b
• possess stress management skills and able to stay focused while working under pressure.
