We are looking for a mechanical technician to join us at samara trading group.

job description and skills:

• installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical parking systems.
• a minimum of two years' experience as a mechanical technician in a related industry
• have a good knowledge about hydraulic systems installation and maintenance
• maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
• exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
• ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
• resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems.
• show expertise in working with team and independently.
• comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
• repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
• use hand tools like power tools and rigging equipment daily.
• weld using electrical welding machine.
• handle simple and complex heavy industrial equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts, basket
trucks and bobcats.
• comply with company and customer regulations and policies.
• handle personal tools for job including up-to-date documented personal tool lists.
• handle time accounting ad complete work order.
• manage positive customer and employee relations.
• work all shifts flexibly when job demands

general requirement:

- physical stamina –technicians may be required to move around all day. sometimes they
work at great heights and sometimes in cramped spaces. they must have the physical fitness
to meet the demands of the job.

- physical strength –components can weigh up to 50 pounds or more. it’s important to be
strong enough to lift and move this equipment.

- color vision – because electrical wiring is color coded, electrical technicians need to have
excellent color vision.

- troubleshooting skills – to find, diagnose, and repair problems, technicians must be good at
troubleshooting.

- critical-thinking skills – performing tests and using the results to diagnose problems
requires critical-thinking skills in order to determine the best course of action to take.

- customer service skills – because technicians deal with individuals and businesses on a
daily basis, they should be comfortable working with customers.
