fawkes and reece are currently assisting a global brand in their search for a planner to join their team. this is an opportunity to be site based on a multiple social housing schemes across various locations. for this role, you will be creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of work and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. you will be liaising with client and other team members.

using project management tools to plan timeframes - p6 is essential. as planner, you will benefit from working with the existing construction team and have full support from a planning manager and construction director.

our client is a global contractor that take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other residential schemes across the uk. they pride themselves in building homes to create better environments for both social housing, private sale and build to rent.

being part of a wider group with other offices both in london and oversees, our client has won multiple awards. they have a plan in place to grow within the london market and are looking for a planner to join and be part of this journey.

this is an opportunity for a planner to join the team on a long-term freelance basis. they are looking for someone that has a proven track record working providing freelance support with a main contractor or developer. must have experience using p6.

for this role, our client is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guarantee 6 months plus contract of work.
