job summary:
under the supervision of dispatchers and operational manager, employees to safely transport members to and from designated locations, while providing exemplary customer service.
duties:
• safely transport members to and from designated locations in a timely fashion
• assist members in and out of vehicles
• effectively and professionally communicate with members and other employees
• maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company’s vehicle and checking vehicle gauges
• adhere to company’s dress code and personnel appearance
• maintain professional demeanor
education:
• must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
requirements/qualifications:
• valid arizona driver’s license
• provide a 5-year state-certified motor vehicle report
• at least 5 years of experience operating a motor vehicle
interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
• basic knowledge of internet and phone applications
• must be able to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card (after hire)
• must have a cpr/first aid certification (within 1 week of hire)
preferred:
• at least 1 year of medical transportation experience.
• prior experience operating handicapped vehicle is a big plus.
