Waiting staffs for established restaurant - united kingdom, west end, edinburgh

wildfire, scottish steakhouse and seafood restaurant in rose street edinburgh, established since 2003. we are a small independent restaurant with full of energy, enthusiasm and fun loving working environment. we are now looking for couple of staffs to join our family. in return person can expect bundle of all great benefits of holidays, living wages, great cash & card tips, food etc. we are aiming to fill 2 positions below for long term or short term( min 6 months), full or part time with flexible hours.

1. waiter/waitress (supervisor)

- this is role for someone who has some experience in supervisory experience in the past in any restaurant environment. person will be willing to take responsibility of lead the shift, making sure excellent customer service, dealing with critical situations, cash ups, ordering stocks etc. will offer above the living wages for the right candidate (will negotiate at the interview). full time or part time can offerer.

2. waiter/waitress

- this role is for some who has some experience (min 3 months) working in any restaurant or cafe environment who is capable of working in a busy restaurant environment with taking orders, serving food etc.
