emerald is a change consultancy specialising in law enforcement. we have an exciting opportunity to work on a new digital transformation project, and are looking for pmos and project managers to support us.

nppv3/sc clearance essential

what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

raid management skills;
resource management skills to work with resource lead to undertake resource planning to ensure required capacity and delivery capability;
scheduling management skills using ms project;
experience of identifying, tracking and delivering programme benefits.
financial management experience of working with the finance team to ensure that the project’s finances are controlled and tracked within agreed tolerances;
dependency management experience;
reporting management – ensure that all various reporting demands on the programme are met by maintaining the above and ensuring that reports are fulfilled in a timely manner.
strong stakeholder engagement capability, being able to effectively influence and enable colleagues to understand how to deliver change to achieve sustainable results and manage operational risk;
programme support skills, including new starters/leavers processes, project documentation, and managing project meetings;
proven business change management experience, ideally from within large scale transformations spanning business, process, culture, behaviour and technology change;
ability to build client change capability using a range of standardised or tailored change tools including setting up and managing networks of change champions;
being an advocate for using change and programme tools in fast moving environments;
experience of contributing to a collaborative team culture and an environment of continuous learning;
public sector experience useful, particularly in a criminal justice environment;
current nppv2/ctc or nppv3/sc vetting status
