Repairs coordinator - united kingdom, aldershot, hampshire
working as a repairs coordinator for an expanding, family run business in aldershot, you will play a pivotal role within the service and after sales department.
you will be responding to customer queries, booking appointments for engineers and following up with customers after the sale of products.
to succeed as a repairs coordinator, you will possess exceptional customer service and administrative abilities, be a confident communicator and enjoy working to deadlines.
you will be following up with engineers, tracking jobs and implementing processes/procedures.
previous experience working in facilities/maintenance would be beneficial but is not essential as full product training will be provided.
daily responsibilities:
appoint service engineers to visit and investigate product issues
building strong relationships with traders, end user customers and engineers
managing engineers diaries and scheduling call outs
allocating spare parts to the engineers
handling and triaging enquiries
logging warranty faults
providing product advice via telephone and email
