adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented technical support specialist – customer service representative role in tustin, ca. this is a temporary to hire opportunity. successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, be fluent in english, be reliable and able to provide outstanding customer service. pay rate is $20-25/hr. schedule is monday thru friday between 6:00am- 5:00pm (8 hour shift) if you meet the qualifications listed below, please apply now!
responsibilities for this technical support specialist - customer service representative job include:
provide support for incoming customer technical issues
support for customer requests for repair status, documentation, software, or part numbers
enter appointments and information into the erp system; answer incoming calls
follow up on repair costs and purchase order requests
use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
other related duties
qualifications:
high school diploma or ged needed
associate degree in electronics technology or equivalent related work experience
excellent verbal and written communication skills
make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
understanding of windows xp and 7 professional operating systems
