growing reggio- inspired faith based preschool seeking assistant director to join our growing school.
responsibilities include:
overseeing and implementing the quality first educational standards.
assisting teachers with classroom management and implementing “conscious discipline” social/emotional curriculum
working with students and families to meet individual needs.
lesson planning with staff and ensuring goals and learning objectives are implemented and met.
ideal candidate will be one who is passionate about early childhood education, who feels strongly that the formative years are a critical time to stimulate curiosity, encourage independent thinking and nurture emotional intelligence!
ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience working in an early childhood setting, have a masters in early childhood/ education related field, or a bachelors and past experience as a preschool director. seeking, an open-minded, personable, growth oriented individual.
