job responsibilities:

  • oversee all operations of the office
  • schedule group meetings and maintain calendars
  • maintain it infrastructure
  • greet customers, answer phones, mail distribution
  • experience:

  • use of basic office tools/supplies (i.e., email, copy/scanner, etc.)
  • attention to detail
  • excellent communication verbal and written
  • proficient with microsoft and google products
